Return Period

Returns are accepted within 7 days after receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• Not damaged
• Include all accessories

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Product is damaged due to customer misuse.
• Product has been used.
• Original packaging is missing.

Refund Process

After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may be issued through:

• Bank Transfer
• EasyPaisa
• JazzCash
• Original Payment Method (where applicable)

Return Shipping

If the mistake is ours (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the customer changes their mind, return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
